Awaiting price reaction for this filing.
SKIL Infrastructure Ltd, which is under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) following an NCLT Mumbai order dated 1st February 2024, informed exchanges about its 2nd Committee of Creditors (CoC) meeting held on December 2, 2025. In this meeting, the CoC approved the publication of Form G and the detailed Invitation for Expression of Interest (EoI) to invite Prospective Resolution Applicants under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. The Form G and EoI invitation were subsequently filed with the exchanges on December 5, 2025. Resolution Professional Purusottam Behera signed off the intimation on January 10, 2026.
This is a routine but important procedural step in the ongoing insolvency process – the company is formally opening the door for potential buyers to bid for it. For shareholders, this means the resolution process is moving forward but equity value in an insolvent company typically remains highly uncertain and is often wiped out.
