Awaiting price reaction for this filing.
SKIL Infrastructure Ltd has informed exchanges that it cannot submit the Integrated Filing (Governance) Report for quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The company is under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) since February 1, 2024, when NCLT Mumbai admitted an application under Section 7 of IBC. Although NCLAT initially stayed the Committee of Creditors (CoC) constitution in February 2024, that stay was vacated on October 15, 2025, allowing CoC formation. The company states it has no cash flow or funds available, and due to non-payment of fees to NSDL, CDSL and RTA, these intermediaries cannot provide necessary data for regulatory filings. The company is exempted from Regulations 17-21 and 27 of SEBI LODR due to being under CIRP.
This is a severely distressed company under formal insolvency proceedings with no operational cash flow. Shareholders face extreme risk as the company cannot meet basic regulatory compliance obligations and is being restructured under IBC.
