Awaiting price reaction for this filing.
SKIL Infrastructure has informed exchanges that it cannot submit its quarterly shareholding pattern for Q4 and year ended March 31, 2026. The company has been under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) since February 1, 2024, after NCLT Mumbai admitted a Section 7 IBC application. Following NCLAT's October 2025 order vacating a stay, the Committee of Creditors (CoC) was constituted and on November 3, 2025, appointed Mr. Purusottam Behera as Resolution Professional. The company states it has no cash flow or funds available, and due to non-payment of fees, NSDL, CDSL, and the Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) have stopped providing shareholding position (Benpos) data. The RP is requesting exchanges to take note of these circumstances.
Shareholders face continued opacity on ownership structure due to the company's insolvency. The stock may remain illiquid and illiquid with limited transparency for investors until the CIRP concludes.
