Skipper Limited has submitted copies of newspaper advertisements published in Financial Express (English), Jansatta (Hindi) and Ekdin (Bengali) regarding forfeiture of partly paid-up equity shares from its earlier Rights Issue. The notice is being sent to shareholders who held partly paid-up shares as on the Record Date of November 4, 2024 and have not yet paid the First and Final Call Money. The call money due is Rs. 145.50 per share (including Rs. 0.75 premium), with the face value portion being Rs. 144.75. The payment window is from August 7, 2025 to August 20, 2025. Shareholders who fail to pay by the last date of August 20, 2025 will have their shares forfeited without any further notice. Eligible shareholders can request a copy of the notice from the Registrar (Maheshwari Datamatics Pvt Ltd) or download it from the company's website.
Shareholders who do not pay the Rs. 145.50 per share call money by August 20, 2025 risk losing their partly paid-up equity shares entirely through forfeiture. Existing shareholders should check if they hold any partly paid-up SKIPPER shares from the rights issue and act quickly to avoid losing their investment.
