Skipper Limited reported record Q4 FY26 performance with quarterly revenue of INR1,666 crores (+29.4% YoY) and PAT of INR75.6 crores (+70% YoY). Full year FY26 revenue reached INR5,552.8 crores (+20% YoY) with PAT of INR207.3 crores (+42% YoY). The company posted its highest ever order book of INR8,501.9 crores supported by record annual inflows of INR5,678 crores, with a strong bidding pipeline of INR33,000 crores (60-65% domestic, 35-40% export). EBITDA margins expanded to 10.3% with finance costs reducing to 3.9% of sales. Management guided FY27 revenue growth of 15% and PAT growth of 30%, with capacity expansion on track to reach 450,000 tons by June 2026 and 600,000 tons by FY28. Key challenges cited include export headwinds from Middle East geopolitical issues and equipment/ROW constraints affecting industry-wide bidding activity.
The strong order book visibility (4x current annual revenues) and 30% PAT guidance despite conservative 15% revenue growth reflects confidence in margin expansion and execution quality. Near-term growth is tempered by export market uncertainties and industry-wide equipment constraints, but multi-year demand outlook remains robust.
