SKM Egg Products Export has informed the exchanges that its Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Thursday, August 28, 2025 to Wednesday, September 3, 2025 (both days inclusive). The closure is for the purpose of the company's 30th Annual General Meeting and payment of the Final Dividend. Shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members or in the list of beneficial owners maintained by NSDL, CDSL, or the company's Registrar as of end of business on August 27, 2025 (Wednesday) will be eligible to receive the dividend.
Investors need to own the stock by the record date of August 27, 2025 to qualify for the final dividend — anyone buying on or after August 28 will not be entitled to this payout.
