Sky Gold and Diamonds reported strong Q1 FY26 results with consolidated revenue of ₹1,131 crores, up 56.5% year-on-year from ₹723 crores. Gross profit nearly doubled to ₹90.3 crore (up 96.6%), while EBITDA rose 91.5% to ₹71.4 crore. Profit after tax surged 105.3% to ₹43.6 crore, with PAT margin at 3.9% and EBITDA margin at 6.3%. Exports contributed 12% of revenue, up from 8% in FY25, with the company targeting 25% export contribution within 18-24 months. The company added major new B2B clients including Aditya Birla's Indriya, Reliance Retail, CaratLane, PN Gadgil, and others, and announced plans for a Dubai sales office and a 540,000 sq. ft. integrated jewellery park. Management reiterated its FY27 revenue target of ₹7,600 crore with a PAT margin goal of 4.5%.
The sharp doubling of profits alongside strong revenue growth signals robust operational momentum and improving profitability, likely to be viewed positively by investors. The clear roadmap toward international expansion, capacity addition, and margin improvement provides visible growth levers, though execution of the Dubai expansion and ₹7,600 crore revenue target remain key things to watch.
