Management unveiled Vision 2030 under Sky Gold 3.0 with a cash-first philosophy, announcing promoters will forgo salary from FY27 and accept only dividend payouts. FY27 guidance projects revenue of ₹8,100 crore with EBITDA margin of 7.0-7.5% and PAT margin of 4.5-4.75%.
The company is delivering exceptional growth with significant margin expansion. The shift to an asset-light model and advance gold business (11.5% of volumes, targeting 30% by FY30) should improve cash flows. Promoter dividend-only compensation aligns management with shareholders. While working capital remains tight, FY27 guidance for positive operating cash flows is encouraging for balance sheet strength.
