Sky Gold reported strong Q1 FY26 results with consolidated revenue of INR1,131 crores, up 56% YoY from INR723 crores. EBITDA jumped 91% to INR71 crores with margin expanding 115 bps to 6.3%, while PAT nearly doubled to INR43 crores (margin up 92 bps to 3.9%). Monthly production volume grew 30% to 456 kg. Management on-boarded new clients Reliance Retail, PMJ Jewellery, and Kalamandir, and is acquiring a Dubai subsidiary (INR12 lakh) plus the Ganna N Gold acquisition is nearing completion. The company secured INR180-190 crores in Gold Metal Loan limits to reduce financing costs, and advanced gold volumes rose from 4% to 5%. Management guided for FY26 revenue of INR5,400 crores and FY27 revenue of INR7,600 crores with PAT margins reaching 4.25-4.5%.
Strong operational performance and clear margin expansion roadmap (advanced gold, GML shift, 18-carat growth) position the stock for positive sentiment, though valuation could be tested given already-high asset turnover. Investors should watch execution on volume guidance and the Ganna N Gold integration in Q2.
