Sky Industries' board approved its unaudited standalone and consolidated results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025, with a clean limited review report from auditor CGCA & Associates LLP. Standalone Q3 revenue from operations rose to Rs 2,063.16 lakhs (up ~4% from Rs 1,981.08 lakhs a year ago), and standalone Q3 net profit grew ~11% YoY to Rs 139.78 lakhs (EPS Rs 1.77 vs Rs 1.59). However, on a nine-month basis, standalone revenue was largely flat at Rs 6,388.66 lakhs while net profit fell ~15% to Rs 415.53 lakhs. The results include a one-time exceptional charge of Rs 30.58 lakhs related to past service cost on gratuity following the notification of the new Labour Codes. Consolidated figures, which include subsidiary Skytech Textiles, showed Q3 net profit at Rs 145.02 lakhs (up ~14% YoY) on revenue of Rs 2,118.06 lakhs.
Q3 showed a decent rebound in profitability and margin expansion despite a one-time Labour Code charge, but the weaker nine-month cumulative numbers suggest pressure earlier in the fiscal year. Overall, the results are mixed – short-term improvement is positive, but flat nine-month revenue and double-digit profit decline may temper investor enthusiasm in the near term.
