Blue Cloud Softech Solutions was empanelled by BSNL as a Category III Captive Non-Public Network (CNPN) provider, enabling collaboration on planning, design, deployment and maintenance of private enterprise network solutions across India for 60 months. Despite the announcement, the stock fell as much as 9.42 percent to around Rs 16.51 on BSE, as the company clarified the empanelment does not assure any specific business or revenue. Shares have declined 12 percent in a week and around 82 percent over two years.
