Small-cap stock under ₹50: Blue Cloud Softech Solutions hits 5% upper circuit despite weak trend on Dalal Street

Blue Cloud Softech Solutions share price jumped 5% to the upper circuit of around ₹19.95 on the BSE on Tuesday, snapping a three-day losing streak during which the stock had declined nearly 27%. The rally came despite a weak broader market and was supported by the company's announcement that it has been empaneled by BSNL as a Category III Captive Non-Public Network Provider for a 60-month period, enabling it to participate in enterprise CNPN projects. The company, however, clarified in its regulatory filing that the empanelment does not guarantee any specific business or revenue.
