Smartlink Holdings has published its audited consolidated and standalone financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025, in Financial Express, Times of India (Goa) and Pudhari newspapers. Consolidated income from operations for FY25 rose to ₹22,613.64 lakhs from ₹20,994.41 lakhs in FY24, while Q4 FY25 income stood at ₹6,850.23 lakhs versus ₹5,641.50 lakhs a year ago. Consolidated net profit for FY25 declined to ₹660.51 lakhs from ₹705.95 lakhs, even as Q4 FY25 net profit improved to ₹383.56 lakhs from ₹254.33 lakhs. Standalone FY25 profit after tax was ₹253.68 lakhs. The company noted that the Scheme of Amalgamation with its wholly-owned subsidiary Synegra EMS has taken effect, and Smartlink has ceased to be a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC).
Q4 showed a strong rebound in profitability, but full-year earnings dipped slightly year-on-year, reflecting mixed performance for shareholders. The merger with Synegra EMS marks a strategic shift away from the NBFC business toward a focused Networking/IT Products segment, which could reshape the company's future earnings profile.
