Smartlink Holdings has published its audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. Consolidated total income grew 54% year-on-year to ₹10,124.77 lakhs in Q4 and 23.6% to ₹27,993.48 lakhs for the full year. Net profit after tax on consolidated basis more than doubled to ₹1,314.55 lakhs for FY26 from ₹660.51 lakhs in FY25. Basic and diluted EPS improved significantly to ₹13.18 for the year from ₹6.62 previously. On a standalone basis, the company turned profitable with PBT of ₹1,335.14 lakhs compared to a loss of ₹35.46 lakhs in the prior year. The statutory auditors have expressed an unmodified audit opinion on these results. The company clarified it is no longer an NBFC and operates in the Networking/IT Products segment.
The company has delivered strong double-digit growth in revenue and profitability for FY26, indicating operational momentum. The EPS doubling and the turnaround in standalone profitability are positive signals for investors. However, the results are backward-looking and the market has likely already priced in this performance given the publication timing.
