Smartworks Coworking Spaces informed exchanges that its Registrar & Share Transfer Agent (RTA) has changed from CB Management Services Private Limited to MUFG Intime India Private Limited, effective May 8, 2026. The change is due to the merger/amalgamation of CB Management into MUFG Intime India, approved by the Regional Director (Western Region), Ministry of Corporate Affairs. No material impact on shareholders; purely an administrative change in RTA. Investor servicing and share transfer activities will now be handled by MUFG Intime India.
