Smartworks Coworking Spaces has resubmitted its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) in a machine-readable format, as directed by NSE. This is the company's first quarterly filing after its July 2025 IPO and listing on NSE/BSE at ₹407 per share. Standalone revenue from operations rose to ₹3,647.85 million from ₹3,093.04 million a year ago (about 18% YoY growth), while consolidated revenue grew about 21% to ₹3,792.11 million. The company continued to report a loss, but it narrowed sharply — standalone loss fell to ₹45.02 million from ₹224.92 million YoY, and consolidated loss fell to ₹41.97 million from ₹230.27 million. The auditor (Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP) gave an unqualified review report on both sets of results.
The narrowing of quarterly losses and continued revenue growth are positive signs for the recently listed coworking space company, though it remains loss-making at the bottom line. The filing itself is procedural (format resubmission) and unlikely to move the stock on its own, but it makes the underlying numbers more accessible to investors and analysts.
