Trading window closure from July 1 ahead of Q1 results

Smartworks Coworking Spaces has informed the exchanges that the trading window for dealing in its shares will be closed from July 1, 2026. This is a standard SEBI insider trading regulation compliance measure taken ahead of the declaration of unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q1 ending June 30, 2026. The window will reopen 48 hours after the results are announced. The board meeting date will be communicated separately. All designated persons and their immediate relatives are barred from trading during this period.
