SMC Global Securities held its 32nd AGM on 26 June 2026 via video conferencing, from 11:00 AM to 12:45 PM. 115 of 25,737 shareholders attended. Chairman Subhash Chand Aggarwal addressed members on FY26 performance and outlook. Five resolutions were tabled: adoption of audited financial statements, declaration of final dividend, reappointment of Ajay Garg and Anurag Bansal (retiring by rotation), and a special resolution to raise funds through borrowings and debt securities.
