42nd AGM of SML Mahindra concludes; final dividend Rs 23.50 declared

SML Mahindra (formerly SML Isuzu) held its 42nd AGM on 21st July 2026 via video conferencing from 11:30 AM to 01:03 PM. Five resolutions were passed, including adoption of audited FY26 financials, declaration of final dividend of Rs 23.50 per share (face value Rs 10), re-appointment of Ms. Mahima Chugh as director, approval of material related party transactions with Mahindra and Mahindra (promoter), and payment of commission to independent directors. Auditors issued a clean report for FY26. Voting results will be filed with exchanges within 48 hours.
