AGM on July 21: Final Dividend Rs 23.50/share, M&M related party deals up to Rs 719.51 cr

SML Mahindra has called its 42nd AGM on 21 July 2026 at 11:30 AM via video conferencing. Shareholders will consider a final dividend of Rs 23.50 per share (235%) totaling Rs 34.01 crores, with record date 3 July 2026. Other items include re-appointment of Ms Mahima Chugh as Director, approval for material related party transactions with parent Mahindra and Mahindra up to Rs 719.51 crores for FY27, and commission to independent directors capped at 1 percent of net profits for 5 years.
