SML Mahindra Limited has published newspaper advertisements in the Financial Express, The Indian Express, and Ajit on 27th March 2026, informing shareholders about a SEBI-mandated special window for re-lodging physical share transfer requests. The window runs from 5th February 2026 to 4th February 2027 and covers both fresh lodgements of transfer deeds for physical shares sold or purchased before 1st April 2019, and re-lodgements of deeds that were originally submitted before that deadline but were rejected or returned due to document deficiencies. All shares re-lodged during this period will be processed through the transfer-cum-demat route and will carry a one-year lock-in. Cases involving disputes between transferor and transferee, or securities already moved to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF), are excluded. Shareholders can reach the company or its Registrar and Transfer Agent, MCS Share Transfer Agent Limited, for assistance.
This is a routine regulatory compliance disclosure and does not affect the company's business, financials, or stock price. Shareholders holding old physical share certificates from pre-1st April 2019 transactions have until 4th February 2027 to regularise their holdings, after which such transfer requests will not be accepted.
