SMS Pharmaceuticals reported FY26 standalone revenue of Rs 88,687 lakhs, up 13.3% from Rs 78,275 lakhs in FY25. Standalone net profit rose 28.1% to Rs 8,761 lakhs from Rs 6,838 lakhs. Consolidated net profit after tax increased 47.5% to Rs 10,199 lakhs vs Rs 6,914 lakhs, boosted by a Rs 1,399 lakh share of profit from associate VKT Pharma. EPS stood at Rs 9.58 standalone and Rs 11.15 consolidated. The board recommended a dividend of Rs 0.40 per share (40%) for FY26. Statutory auditors issued unmodified opinions on both standalone and consolidated results. The company also shifted its registered office within Hyderabad and appointed/reappointed cost and internal auditors for FY27. Capital work-in-progress nearly tripled to Rs 11,582 lakhs, indicating heavy expansion spending.
