SNL Bearings Ltd's board approved FY25 audited results showing revenue from operations of Rs. 5,119 lakhs, up about 7% from Rs. 4,769 lakhs in FY24. Profit after tax jumped nearly 39% to Rs. 1,086 lakhs (from Rs. 782 lakhs), pushing EPS to Rs. 30.08 versus Rs. 21.66. The board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 8 per share (80% on face value of Rs. 10), higher than Rs. 7 (70%) paid for FY24, pending shareholder approval at the AGM. Statutory auditor Walker Chandiok & Co LLP issued an unmodified opinion, and a new secretarial auditor was appointed for a five-year term (FY26–FY30). However, net cash from operating activities dropped sharply to Rs. 391 lakhs from Rs. 821 lakhs, mainly on higher working capital usage.
The higher dividend and strong PAT growth signal healthy shareholder returns and margin expansion, but the steep fall in operating cash flow and the small scale of the business suggest investors should watch working capital trends closely.
