Sobha Limited reported record FY26 performance with total revenue of ₹53.84 billion (up 29%) and real estate sales of ₹81.36 billion (up 30%), both all-time highs. PAT more than doubled to ₹1.93 billion with PAT margin expanding from 2.3% to 3.6%.
