Softrak Venture Investment Limited published its audited standalone financial results for Q4 FY2026 and the full financial year ended 31 March 2026 in Business Standard (English) and Jai Hind (Gujarati) newspapers. For the full year, total income from operations was Rs. 267.44 lakhs, down from Rs. 312.87 lakhs in the previous year. Net profit after tax for FY2026 was Rs. 15.80 lakhs, compared to Rs. 35.82 lakhs in FY2025, representing a significant decline of about 56%. However, Q4 FY2026 showed a net loss of Rs. 60.83 lakhs after tax despite quarterly income of Rs. 131.06 lakhs. EPS for the year was Rs. 0.02 per share. The results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors on 28 May 2026.
The company experienced a sharp decline in annual profitability despite relatively stable revenue, and Q4 loss is concerning. Shareholders may view this negatively as earnings have deteriorated significantly year-over-year.
