Solar Industries India reported strong FY26 results with net sales of Rs. 9,838 Cr, up 30% YoY, and EBITDA of Rs. 2,750 Cr (28% margin), expanding by ~100 bps YoY. Q4FY26 sales of Rs. 3,053 Cr grew 41% YoY, driven largely by a 94% surge in Defence revenue to Rs. 2,634 Cr for the full year, now accounting for 27% of total sales. The company disclosed an order book of Rs. 21,300 Cr+ (CIL & SCCL + Defence), providing multi-year revenue visibility. For FY27, management guided to Rs. 14,000 Cr in revenue and Rs. 2,050 Cr in capex, implying ~42% revenue growth. Net debt increased to Rs. 867 Cr (from net cash of Rs. 276 Cr) due to elevated capex of Rs. 1,556 Cr.
Strong operational performance with margin expansion and a massive order book provide earnings visibility. The Rs. 14,000 Cr FY27 revenue guidance represents bold growth and, if achieved, could be a significant re-rating catalyst. Higher debt levels due to capex need monitoring but appear manageable given the order book.
