Solar Industries reported record Q4 FY26 performance with revenue of INR 3,053 crores and EBITDA of INR 870 crores, both growing 59% YoY. For the full year FY26, revenue reached INR 9,838 crores with PAT of INR 1,737 crores, both up 35% YoY. EBITDA margins stood at 27.95% for FY26. Defense business nearly doubled, contributing 27% to FY26 revenue at INR 2,634 crores. The company announced FY27 revenue guidance of INR 14,000 crores with defense expected to cross INR 4,500 crores. Order book stands at INR 21,300 crores (INR 18,000 crores defense). Planned capex for FY27 is INR 2,050 crores with dividend increased to INR 11/share. Working capital increased deliberately to ~100 days due to geopolitical uncertainties.
The company delivered exceptional growth despite flat domestic mining markets, driven by defense and international business. Strong order book and multi-year expansion plans provide revenue visibility. Management guided to maintain current EBITDA margins despite commodity price pressures.
