Solarworld Energy Solutions posted exceptional growth in FY26 with total income of ₹14,160.7 Mn (157% YoY) and PAT of ₹1,204.7 Mn (56% YoY). Q4 FY26 was particularly strong with income at ₹6,069.5 Mn (239% YoY) and PAT at ₹490.6 Mn (420% YoY). EBITDA margin expanded to 13.3% in FY26 from 13.7% in FY25. The order book stands at ₹28,130.42 Mn as of March 2026, up from ₹17,005.51 Mn in FY25, driven by major BESS EPC wins from NTPC (Solapur, Unchahar projects totaling ₹6,094 Mn) and a ₹2,347.17 Mn BOS package from NTPC REL. Manufacturing expansion is on track with 1.552 GW module line commissioned (July 2025), 3.4 GW BESS line under trial, and 1.2 GW solar cell line targeting June 2027 completion. The company has 60+ ongoing projects across Rajasthan, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Assam and Madhya Pradesh.
Strong execution and expanding order book support sustained growth; margin expansion and BESS diversification into a 60:40 revenue mix position the company well in India's 33.2% CAGR energy storage market.
