Solex Energy Limited has submitted copies of newspaper advertisements (published on February 13, 2026 in Financial Express, Divya Bhaskar, Gujarat Samachar, and Dainik Bhaskar) containing its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025, as required under SEBI LODR Regulation 47. The Board had approved the results at its meeting on February 12, 2026. On a standalone basis, total income from operations rose to ₹8,250.16 lakhs in Q3 FY26 from ₹4,219.42 lakhs in Q3 FY25, nearly doubling year-on-year. Profit before tax (after exceptional items) stood at ₹3,020.06 lakhs versus ₹1,362.96 lakhs in the year-ago quarter, more than doubling.
