Solex Energy has changed its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent from Skyline Financial Services Private Limited to KFin Technologies Limited. Following the earlier intimation on July 15, 2025, the company has now executed the Tripartite Agreement with depositories CDSL and NSDL, and the company's ISIN has been shifted to the new RTA. The change-of-RTA process will be formally completed once the Tripartite Agreement is signed among the old RTA, new RTA, and the company. The company will inform the stock exchange once this process is fully completed.
This is a routine administrative change with no direct impact on shareholders' holdings or the stock price.
