Somany Ceramics delivered strong Q4 FY26 results with consolidated revenue of ₹812 crore, up 6% YoY. EBITDA margin improved significantly to 11.4% from 8.2% in Q4 FY25, driven by effective cost management and improved product mix. Despite challenges from the US-Iran conflict impacting gas availability and fuel costs from early March, the company maintained stable production using its diversified manufacturing footprint. For the full year FY26, revenue grew 4.8% to ₹2,771 crore while EBITDA margin expanded to 9.3% from 8.4% in FY25. The company also achieved substantial debt reduction with Net Debt/Equity ratio improving from 0.36 to 0.12 on consolidated basis. Working capital days reduced significantly, indicating better operational efficiency.
The margin expansion and debt reduction reflect improved operational efficiency and financial discipline, which should be viewed positively by shareholders. The company demonstrated resilience amid external challenges while maintaining growth trajectory.
