Somany Ceramics reported Q4 FY26 consolidated revenue of INR 812 crore, up 6% YoY, with a significant margin improvement — EBITDA margin expanded to 11.4% from 8.2% in Q4 FY25, driven by cost management and improved product mix. Full-year FY26 revenue grew 4.8% to INR 2,771 crore with EBITDA margin at 9.3% (vs 8.4% in FY25). The company faced gas cost pressures due to the US-Iran conflict impacting the Morbi cluster but maintained stable production through diversified manufacturing. Working capital improved sharply — standalone working capital days reduced from 308 to 225. Net debt was cut from INR 302 crore to INR 251 crore, with Net Debt/Equity improving from 0.36 to 0.29. PAT grew 27.8% YoY to INR 74 crore for the full year.
The sharp margin expansion and debt reduction signal strong operational execution. Improved cash generation and working capital efficiency should support the balance sheet, making the stock attractive at current valuations.
