Sonata Software has opened a new 200,000 sq ft state-of-the-art facility in Hyderabad's Financial District, located in the Vamsiram Suvarna Durga Tech Park. The center was formally inaugurated by the Chief Minister of Telangana, Shri Anumula Revanth Reddy. Over the next three to five years, the facility is expected to create more than 5,000 high-value technology jobs. The hub will focus on AI, machine learning, cloud modernization, digital engineering, and co-innovation, and will also support GCC (Global Capability Center) delivery models. The company, which reported $1 billion in revenue, says the move strengthens its global delivery footprint and ability to attract top talent.
The expansion reflects growth ambition and could support future revenue scaling, but near-term costs will rise from hiring, infrastructure, and operations. For shareholders, it signals management's confidence in demand, though actual revenue conversion from the 5,000 planned jobs will be spread over 3–5 years.
