Space Incubatrics Technologies Ltd announced the results of its Postal Ballot conducted via remote e-voting from November 3 to December 2, 2025. All six resolutions were passed with the required majority, including a stock split sub-dividing equity shares from face value of Rs. 10 to Rs. 1 each (approved by 98.96% of votes polled), and a related alteration to the capital clause of the Memorandum of Association. Shareholders also approved the regularization of four directors: Mr. Umesh Kumar (Non-Executive Director), Mr. Rajender Parsad (Executive Director), Ms. Parul Agrawal (Independent Director), and Ms. Babita (Independent Director), each for a five-year term. Voting participation was very low, with only 172 out of 14,317 shareholders (holding 9,24,132 out of 3,46,09,176 shares, i.e., just 2.67%) casting votes, and the promoter group holding 92 shares did not vote.
Shareholders will see their shareholdings multiplied by 10 and the per-share price adjusted downward proportionally once the record date is announced; total value remains unchanged. Director appointments strengthen the board but the very low voter turnout (2.67%) means these outcomes were driven by a tiny slice of the public shareholder base.
