Space Incubatrics Technologies Ltd has announced the results of its postal ballot (e-voting held from November 3 to December 2, 2025), with all six resolutions passed by shareholders with over 98% approval. The key resolution is a stock split, sub-dividing each equity share from face value Rs. 10 to Rs. 1, increasing the total share count tenfold while keeping the overall capital value unchanged at Rs. 42 crore (authorized). Two other resolutions regularize the appointment of directors: Mr. Umesh Kumar as Non-Executive Director, Mr. Rajender Parsad as Executive Director, and two women – Ms. Parul Agrawal and Ms. Babita – as Independent Directors. Only 172 out of 14,317 shareholders (2.67% of outstanding shares) participated in the voting, and notably the promoter group (holding just 92 shares) did not cast any votes.
Shareholders will receive 10 shares of Rs. 1 face value for every 1 share of Rs. 10 held, improving liquidity and affordability of the stock. The record date will be announced separately by the company. The new directors are now formally appointed, with no major implications for shareholders beyond board composition changes.
