Speciality Restaurants reported Q4 FY26 revenue growth of 13.65% YoY with PAT growth of 44.20% YoY. The company has been profitable for 19 consecutive quarters with 5-year revenue CAGR of 12.39% and PAT CAGR of 11.16%. Gross margins improved from 69.1% to 70.4% due to efficiencies and same-store sales growth of 2.25% in Q4 (1.49% full year). April SSG jumped to 11.57% following renovation of stores after 10-11 years. Management guided 15% revenue growth for FY27 targeting ~INR600 crore, with 32 new outlets planned (8 restaurants, 15 Walters, 10 Sweet Bengal). The company has INR162.48 crore cash and is transitioning to induction-based cooking (78% complete, 100% in 20 days) to mitigate LPG/PNG supply risks. FY27 capex is budgeted at INR40 crore.
Strong quarter with margin improvement and clear expansion roadmap. The company's multi-brand Asian cuisine strategy across price points (Gong premium, Mainland China fine dining, Asia Kitchen casual, Haka digital QSR) positions it well. Transition to electric cooking reduces fuel cost risk and may save ~6% on fuel costs.
