Spice Islands Industries reported unaudited Q3 FY26 revenue from operations of ₹331.69 lakhs, nearly 10x the ₹33.47 lakhs in the same quarter last year, with total income of ₹379.54 lakhs. The company swung to a quarterly profit of ₹145.79 lakhs from a loss of ₹21.42 lakhs in Q3 FY25. For the nine months ended December 2025, revenue reached ₹698.16 lakhs and profit stood at ₹257.21 lakhs, compared to a loss of ₹108.64 lakhs a year earlier. EPS for Q3 was ₹2.95 versus a negative ₹0.50 in Q3 FY25. The Hospitality segment is now the biggest revenue and profit driver (₹239.76 lakhs revenue, ₹123.18 lakhs segment profit), while the Food & Beverages segment remains loss-making at ₹31.93 lakhs in Q3.
Strong sequential and year-on-year turnaround in both revenue and profitability is positive for shareholders, though the picture is mixed: hospitality is thriving but food & beverages continues to bleed. The recent conversion of 19.33 lakh warrants into equity shares (at ₹45 per share) has raised the share capital from ₹430 lakhs to ₹623.33 lakhs, which dilutes existing shareholders.
