Spice Lounge Food Works Ltd filed its Q2 and H1 FY26 results on 14 November 2025. On a standalone basis, revenue from operations rose sharply to Rs. 49.13 lakhs in Q2 (from Rs. 10.58 lakhs a year ago) and Rs. 86.05 lakhs for H1 (vs Rs. 10.58 lakhs). Standalone net profit stood at Rs. 5.73 lakhs for Q2 and Rs. 22.58 lakhs for H1 (vs Rs. 3.21 lakhs). On a consolidated basis, total segment revenue jumped to Rs. 7,849.98 lakhs for H1 (vs Rs. 1,798.28 lakhs), driven by Software/IT services (Rs. 6,178.92 lakhs) and Food & Restaurant (Rs. 1,671.06 lakhs). Consolidated profit before tax was Rs. 165.11 lakhs. Subsidiaries include Mirchi Wild Wings, Chicken Wild Wings, and Teksoft Systems Inc (US). The auditor (JMT & Associates) issued an unmodified limited review report with no qualifications.
Results reflect strong top-line and profit growth, particularly on a consolidated basis, but standalone operations remain tiny in absolute terms. Non-current borrowings nearly doubled to Rs. 8,953.18 lakhs, while cash surged to Rs. 4,621.67 lakhs from Rs. 244.37 lakhs — suggesting fresh fundraising/debt. Clean auditor report is a positive, but shareholders should watch the rising debt levels.
