Spice Lounge Food Works Ltd reported its Q3 FY26 results on February 14, 2026. On a consolidated basis, Q3 revenue from operations fell sharply to Rs. 3,290.69 lakhs from Rs. 5,252.48 lakhs in Q3 FY25, while net profit dropped to Rs. 247.30 lakhs from Rs. 845.01 lakhs. For the nine-month period, however, consolidated revenue grew strongly to Rs. 11,140.66 lakhs (up about 58% from Rs. 7,050.76 lakhs a year ago), helped by the Software & IT services segment jumping to Rs. 8,771.30 lakhs. The Food and Restaurant segment slowed, with Q3 revenue at Rs. 698.31 lakhs versus Rs. 2,050.95 lakhs a year ago. The auditor (JMT & Associates) issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications. During the quarter, the company invested USD 50,000 in its US subsidiary Teksoft and raised USD 5 million via Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) at a 1% annual interest rate.
Short-term weakness in Q3, especially in the restaurant business, may concern investors, but strong nine-month revenue growth and fresh USD 5 million FCCB funding provide some support for expansion plans. The mixed picture — weaker quarterly numbers but stronger year-to-date performance and new capital — suggests selective investor attention rather than a clear positive or negative catalyst.
