SpiceJet shared its Q3 FY26 investor presentation highlighting aggressive capacity ramp-up — ASKM grew 56% QoQ to 277 crore and daily departures rose from 100 to 175. Revenue from operations surged 77% QoQ to ₹1,384 crore with passenger traffic hitting 2.0 million (up 77% QoQ). Market share climbed from 2.2% to 4.3% in three months. However, the company reported a loss of ₹268 crore for the quarter, though EBITDAR swung to positive ₹175 crore from negative ₹392 crore QoQ. Cost discipline drove Employee CASK down 34% QoQ and Maintenance CASK down 44% QoQ. Board approved fleet ramp-up to 60 aircraft by Oct–Dec'26, application filed for NSE listing, and plans to monetize surplus spare parts to boost liquidity. Network expanded to Imphal, Fujairah, and Najaf (only Indian airline on the route).
Positive momentum on operational scale, market share, and cost efficiency, but the bottom line remains in the red with a ₹268 crore loss. The fleet expansion to 60 aircraft and NSE listing application are key catalysts to watch, while liquidity (₹171 crore free cash) remains tight relative to ongoing losses.
