SpiceJet has informed the stock exchanges that its Board of Directors, via a resolution passed by circulation on June 5, 2026, has approved shifting the company's Registered Office to a new address within the local limits of New Delhi. The old address was Indira Gandhi International Airport, Terminal 1D, New Delhi – 110037, and the new address is 505, 5th Floor, Caddie Commercial Tower, Aerocity (DIAL), New Delhi – 110037. The change has taken effect immediately. The disclosure has been made under Regulation 30 of SEBI's Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015.
This is a routine administrative relocation with no material impact on the company's operations, financials, or shareholder value. Investors need not take any action.
