SPV Global Trading has informed BSE that the trading window for dealing in company securities will be closed from Wednesday, 1 July 2026. The window will remain shut until 48 hours after unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30 June 2026 are made public. This is a routine compliance requirement under SEBI insider trading rules to prevent insiders from trading ahead of results.
