Srestha Finvest Ltd informed exchanges that two Non-Executive Non-Independent Directors, Mr. Mayurdwajsinh Sahadevsinh Rana and Mr. Sahadevsinh Babubha Rana, resigned on July 1, 2026 citing personal reasons and increasing preoccupation with other commitments. On July 3, 2026 the Board approved the appointment of Mr. Dipesh Jaswantlal Shah as Additional Director in the Non-Executive Independent category for a 5-year term, subject to shareholder approval. The Audit, Nomination and Remuneration, and Stakeholders Relationship Committees were reconstituted with the new director inducted.
