SRF Limited reported a healthy Q4FY26 performance with consolidated revenue rising 7% to ₹4,615 crore and PAT up 11% to ₹582 crore. For the full year FY26, revenue grew 7% to ₹15,787 crore while PAT surged 47% to ₹1,835 crore, driven by strong 29% growth in operational EBIT. The Performance Films & Foil business was the star performer with 47% jump in operating profit to ₹154 crore on the back of improved volumes and margins. The Board deferred indefinitely a ₹490 crore BOPP Film manufacturing facility at Indroe due to changed operating environment, while revising the new generation Refrigerants project capex from ₹1,100 crore to ₹2,300 crore to include expanded scope in Odisha. Chairman flagged geopolitical uncertainty and Middle East export impact as key concerns.
Strong profit growth trajectory with 47% PAT increase for FY26 is positive for shareholders. However, the deferment of the BOPP Film plant and export headwinds may create near-term sentiment headwinds. The significant capex increase to ₹2,300 crore for refrigerants signals long-term growth intent but will require monitoring.
