SRF Limited reported strong full-year results with standalone revenue of Rs 12,420.51 crore (up 6.2% YoY) and consolidated revenue of Rs 15,786.51 crore (up 7.4% YoY). Standalone PAT grew 36% to Rs 1,724.63 crore while consolidated PAT rose 46.6% to Rs 1,835.18 crore. EPS improved significantly to Rs 61.91 on consolidated basis versus Rs 42.20 last year. The board recommended nil final dividend. Notable items include a one-time exceptional charge of Rs 84.22 crore (standalone) for the New Labour Codes implementation and a tax write-back of Rs 99.12 crore following a favorable ITAT order. The auditors issued an unmodified opinion with no qualifications.
Strong profitability growth with PAT expanding over 36% demonstrates operational efficiency and likely positive for the stock. However, nil dividend may disappoint income-focused investors. The exceptional labour code charge is a one-time item and should not impact recurring earnings guidance.
