Sri Chakra Cement Ltd has appointed Sri Siva Kumar Ramaswami (DIN: 01791576) as a Non-Executive Independent Director on its board, effective June 1, 2025. The appointment is for a five-year term and is subject to approval from shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
