Sri Chakra Cement has issued a corrigendum to its 44th Annual Report for FY 2025-26 to fix inadvertent clerical errors in the Share Capital Schedule on pages 62 and 99. The corrections relate to annexure details on shareholders holding more than 5 percent and promoter shareholding details.
