Sri Lotus Developers and Realty Limited held its Q4 FY26 earnings call covering the quarter and full year ended March 2026. Q4 pre-sales stood at INR462 crores (up 177% YoY) and full-year pre-sales reached INR1,157 crores (up 137% YoY), in line with stated guidance. Q4 revenue was INR308 crores with EBITDA margin of 39.4% and PAT of INR101 crores. The company launched its "Luxury Coastline Collection" campaign across 11 marquee projects in Mumbai's coastal micro-markets. Management guided FY27 pre-sales of INR1,800-2,000 crores with 55-60% revenue and PAT growth, backed by a pipeline of 6 upcoming launches (GDV INR5,000-5,500 crores). The promoter group voluntarily waived its dividend entitlement for FY26 while the board approved a 50% dividend payout for other shareholders. Net cash stood at INR697 crores as of March 2026. Management noted input costs rose ~7% and labour ~5%, translating to ~1-2.5% impact on project costs. All projects are currently at basement level, which explains below-expected Q4 collections of INR82 crores; collections are expected to improve significantly as construction progresses to plinth and superstructure stages.
Strong growth trajectory with clear multi-year targets and robust project pipeline. The promoter dividend waiver signals capital is being reinvested for growth, while near-term collections will lag pre-sales due to early-stage construction of all new projects.
