Sri Lotus Developers reported strong Q4 FY26 performance with pre-sales of INR462 crores (177% YoY growth) and full-year pre-sales of INR1,157 crores (137% YoY growth). The company launched Lotus Celestia in Versova Beach which achieved INR155 crores booking within 7 days. Revenue for Q4 stood at INR308 crores with EBITDA margin of 39.4%, while full-year PAT was INR243 crores. The Board approved a 50% dividend payout for FY26, with promoters voluntarily waiving their entitlement to retain capital for growth. Management guided for FY27 pre-sales of INR1,800-2,000 crores, revenue growth of 55-60%, and PAT growth of 55-60%. Input costs have risen ~7% and labor costs ~5%, translating to ~1% impact on project costs. Collections in Q4 were INR82 crores as projects are in basement stage, but management expects collections to improve significantly as construction progresses to plinth level.
The company delivered strong growth with robust pre-sales execution and maintained healthy margins. The promoter's dividend waiver signals confidence in future growth and commitment to reinvestment. However, the low collections-to-revenue ratio due to early-stage projects may keep investors cautious until cash flows normalize.
