Sri Priyanka Geo Commex IPO opens for subscription today. Check GMP, price band and other details

Sri Priyanka Geo Commex's Rs 94.5-crore SME IPO opened for subscription on the NSE SME platform, with a price band of Rs 207-212 per share for a fresh issue of 44.58 lakh equity shares. The commodity-focused company, which deals in critical minerals and edible oils, reported FY25 total income of Rs 266.65 crore and PAT of Rs 9.82 crore, while 9M FY26 PAT of Rs 17.76 crore already surpassed the previous full year. The IPO closes on June 29, with listing scheduled for July 2.
